You can fabricate anything and finish anything from contents of shop . What ever inventory at time of purchase is part of sale. Anything that sits on concrete floor is part of sale. I will walk away with nothing and you will have everything you need to be a custom shop .
You , Supply building and work men or women and electricity , ( And) you have a viable business. I’m 62 and will sign a noncompete clause if needed. I can structure a timely sale , if you need time to relocate shop contents I would consider 90 days from full purchase.
